80€/Hours. pack of 10 hours: 700 € pack of 20 hours: 1200 € Our first session will be a consultation to asses measurements, your current fitness levels, activities undertaken, eating habits and over all lifestyle. This will enable me to create a personal programme according to your individual goals and objectives. All sessions are dependent on your time constraints , with each session / massage lasting approximately 1 hour generally. Sessions Cancelled less than 12 Hours prior to appointment time will regrettably be charged for. Please note for summer/seasonal bookings, I ask all clients to ensure commitment to book their sessions in the schedule with a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking. |

In 3 weeks, even though we were on a family holiday, my waistline reduced from 99 cms to 94 cms. Frederic advised me on nutrition in terms of preparation before and after training to gain the maximum results in between drinking copious amounts of Rosé.
I was delighted with the results, not only did I reduce my waist measurement but I also achieved a personal best on my 10K running which I got down to 44 minutes from 46.

"Like many of you out there I have been struggling with my weight all my life. I have always been yo-yo dieter/regular exercises buff with huge up and down differences in weight, the way I would look, my clothes sizes and the way I would feel.
I did them all! You name a diet and I did it at least twice.
When I’ve met Fredo, I was in the midst of one of my efforts and the reason for contacting a professional was that my “old ways” of dropping weight and get back in shape were less and less effective. My body stubbornly refused to drop the extra load, especially the fat and I was getting de-motivated little by little. Plus, as you can see I’m not that young anymore and heavy duty jogging combined with the extra weight I was carrying around did not do well to my joints, especially knees and I was hurting bad. I was therefore stuck and in need for professional advice.
One thing to note is that when I have started my program with Fredo I was already down 12 kg, my final goal being -17kg.
I was inspired enough to believe in Fredo’s suggestion of not only exercise with him but use his wife Meliesa as a dietician and chef.
So I have hired their services for the month before Christmas, with the goal to drop 5 kg.
I would train with Fredo every working day of the week and he would bring me my packed lunch and dinner freshly cooked by Meliesa especially for me and accompanied by a kind explanatory letter describing in detail the dishes and a few words of encouragement.
The fact that not only he guided me on the proper diet but also actually knowing exactly what I eat proved very beneficial to our plan.
In one month I’ve dropped 6 kg, ALL of it body fat. Meliesa did her very best to keep diet food tasty and interesting, making great efforts to surprise me every day and don’t feel like actually being on a diet by varying the spices and the ingredients in such a way that I have really felt I’m on a gourmet tour of the world plus always paid attention to calories on one side and on the other to my favorite foods and spices and Fredo introduced me to a new way of doing cardio exercises less damaging to my old joints but much more effective and motivating.
My only strategy effort in this was staying off the red wine… but it’s worth the effort, believe me!
