Frederic is a former professional athlete living and working on the French riviera with more than 10 years experience. Whilst studying Sports Science at University he attended the Volleyball Academy in Poitiers, regarded as one of the best in France. From here he was signed to his first Professional Team, Stade Poitevin, and in the 10 years which have followed has signed as a full-time professional player for Saint Quentin, Nice, Cambrai and finally Fréjus. (Best Server 2005-2006, 2009-2010; Selected for the All Star Game 2005). During this time he was fortunate enough to train with many highly respected individuals in the sports arena, and took full advantage of learning the basis and importance of Physical preparation, Fitness, stretching, mental coaching, yoga and pilates, and of physical performance at top level.

After a surgery at his Hand, He moved back to the Riviera. Personal Training was always the natural progression for one so passionate on all aspects of health and fitness. Having acquired such a wealth of knowledge and experience, he would like to share this with others in helping them achieve their own personal goals.

Pre/Post Pregnancy
During your pregnancy Frederic can assist you in continuing to exercise safely and sensibly ways that are suitable to your changing body. Undertaking the right kinds of exercise and stretching at this time can enhance the experience, giving you more energy and less pain, particularly in the back where most expectant mothers complain of. Dependant on fitness and desire it is possible to exercise the whole way through pregnancy, gradually slowing down on cardio and building up on stretching, breathing techniques and pilates. Every individual is different but many claim that they've felt more prepared and confident for the birth while others believe being fitter has aided a smoother delivery.
